Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every order is packed by hand at our home workshop in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, and handed to the courier from there.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value and no delivery charge is added at checkout, for prepaid or cash on delivery orders.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 4 PM are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM go out the next working day. We are closed on Sundays, so Sunday orders are dispatched on Monday.

Delivery times

Metro cities: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Rest of India: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guaranteed dates. Festive periods, weather and remote pincodes can add a day or two.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across most serviceable pincodes in India, at no extra charge. We confirm every COD order on WhatsApp before packing it. If we cannot reach you, we hold the order rather than dispatch it.

Coverage

We deliver across India through our courier partners. If your pincode turns out not to be serviceable, we contact you on WhatsApp before packing and refund the order in full.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email and on WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.

Occasion deadlines

Where we publish a cut-off date for a festival, ordering before it gives the best chance of arrival in time, but we cannot guarantee a courier's performance. If a delay threatens your occasion, we contact you as soon as we know.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts and the parcel returns to us, we contact you to arrange redelivery.
