This website is operated by Extasy Venture Private Limited (GSTIN: 23AAGCE6592A1ZV), trading as Tohfa by Soniya ("we", "us", "our"), with its principal place of business at Plot-09, Flate-4, Minal Views-I, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462010, India. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time before you place an order. Product photographs are representative; because each box is packed by hand, small variations in arrangement, ribbon and packaging are normal and are not defects.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email or WhatsApp, and we may decline or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund it in full.

Personalisation and handwritten notes

Many products carry a name or a message you supply. Please check spelling before ordering: personalised items and handwritten notes cannot be changed once the box has been packed. We may decline to write any message that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where available. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, text, and the Tohfa by Soniya name and logo, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any occasion missed because of a courier delay outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
